2008 Membership Registration
Information:
- Membership is valid from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008
- Membership Fee: $100.00 per person; and $75.00 for each additional videographer working at the same studio.
- Student mmbership is $60 . Must be verifiable and some restrictions apply. Check money order only.
- Checks are to be made payable to: GPVA
- Please fill out the form, print it and return it with a check (in a sealed envelope) and mail to:
